Senior Planner, Middlesex County Office of Planning | July 2021-Present

Works on multiple functional plans for the County's D2040 Strategic Master Plan, including the ROW plan, the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan, Vision Zero, and Land Development Standards. Also participates in land development review, and project manages local safety projects to receive federal funding.

 

Landscape Designer at Let It Grow, Inc. | OCT 2020-Present

Creates designs for landscape and construction projects across the New York Metropolitan Area. Additional duties include cost estimations, tree-tagging, and the production of graphics for the marketing team.

TRENTON RECONNECTED: Perry Street and the D&R Canal

As a student in Charles T. Brown’s graduate planning course, delivered a proposal to the City of Trenton, Michael Baker International, and NJDOT. Our proposal included the revitalization of the undeveloped towpath, as well as a street redesign in the heart of the state’s capital.

PANDEMIC PLANNING - OLD BRIDGE TEMPORARY OUTDOOR DINING PERMIT

Created the temporary outdoor dining permit containing general regulations and application requirements specific to COVID19. Also reviewed all applications with the Township Planner and Zoning Officer and issued incompleteness, denial, and approval letters.

OLD BRIDGE PLANNING DEPARTMENT WEBSITE PAGE

Maintained the Planning Department Website page by designing the layout, making documents and maps accessible to the public, and updated the planning and zoning board pages.

Aided in layout, design, research, and writing of Old Bridge's Midpoint Review document. 

ELLIS ISLAND REHABILITATION PLAN - MAY 2019
Presented my rehabilitation/redevelopment plan for Ellis Island to the Save Ellis Island Board to give them suggestions and design ideas for recreating a use for the
island in the 21st century.


RED BANK, NJ REDEVELOPMENT PLAN - DECEMBER 2018
Presented my redevelopment plan for the Monmouth Street Corridor to the Red Bank Mayor, Business Administrator, and Councilmen and woman to provide
them with design ideas for a new main street connecting the two theaters in the borough.
