In my Manville Sprawl Repair Proposal, I have created a streetscape that incorporates wide sidewalks, protected bike lanes, pedestrian streets, on-street parking, and right-of-ways with single lanes of traffic to make this development more suitable to the pedestrian. My goal is to create places in the city of Manville that people want to go to. By incorporating mixed-use development, retail entities, and attached condos I have created a variety of spaces in which all people can enjoy.
