Laurence Harbor is located on the shores of the Raritan Bay in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Old Bridge is characterized by suburban development and land use patterns. The neighboring municipalities are similarly suburban in nature and are easily accessible by car or bus. However, Laurence Harbor has the potential to become a walkable community.

The Route 35 Corridor runs through Laurence Harbor, breaking up the community with a highspeed four-lane highway. My redevelopment plan, which features sustainable planning methods, affordability, and community values, envisions a welcoming, active, healthy city.
