This site location of Harrison, New Jersey was in need of dire repair. With the many abandoned lots throughout the site and the train station right on the site's edge, it has made this location prime for transit-oriented development. My vision for this plan was to create a street grid that caters to bikes and pedestrians before cars. Mixed-use development was implemented throughout the plan to promote walkability, economic development, and the use of public transit.  Pedestrian streets with bike lanes were included in the plan to create a space without cars for people to live, work, and enjoy.
